Collaborate Cross-Culturally
When we interact with someone whose behavior or perspective differs from ours
- whether they are in our team or across the world -
we may feel destabilized or frustrated, to seek comfort in what’s familiar.
Cultural intelligence (CQ) is the ability to feel comfortable with what’s unfamiliar: to interrogate our assumptions, raise our awareness, and experience synergies with people offering diverse assets.
Through discussion, task-force brainstorming, creative challenges, and role play conversations, your teams will develop their cultural curiosity, agility, and intelligence. You can offer them a 90-minute or two-hour session. Help them welcome and integrate differences as new opportunities.
